Hello everyone, I am here once again to talk about how my weekend all panned out. Actually, I had a very fun weekend because of the world that was on Sunday. A very exciting and enjoyable game to watch that was.
On Saturday, I didn’t have match to do. In the morning, I had some few errands to run including deposition some money at our supplies center so that we can get some supplies for work. After that, I headed home and slept for about 2 hours.
When I woke up, I decided to go out and look for food and on my way out, my friend reminded me of a football match we had to go watch which another friend of ours featured in. (A local division league game in my town). So when it was, 3 pm when all conveyed and went straight to the football field to watch and support our friend. The match ended, 1 nil in favor of our friends team.
We came home with happy faces and we made some enquiries about the league, which they told us that their team are on an unbeaten run and are top of their division. So basically that was all that transpired on my Saturday.
Sundays are for washing, So I woke up in the morning and had my early bath after prayers then decided to relax a bit before I kick start my day. Immediately it was 6:00 am I decided to get out and send my clothes to the laundry since I didn’t have much clean clothes to wear. This harmattan is really worrying me, you can’t even wear something twice anymore. So I left the house to my brothers laundry shop, which is about 5 minutes ride from my house.
When I arrived there, he was still asleep so I decided to operate things myself and be swift about it because I had a long day ahead of me. I don’t have many clothes so it didn’t take me long to get finished. When I finished, I had some breakfast before I left the place.
In the afternoon, I decided to visit some friends because I needed some help with the hive discord channels and how it all works. But before that I had to go and buy some few stuff for work. I was doing all that with the World Cup on my mind. So I arrived at my friends house and to my surprise they were also doing the washing. I didn’t disturb them that much and I left for home.
So I was finally at home, from this hot sunny day and took some chill water to cool myself down. Then some friends came over so we could play some few games before it was finally time for the World Cup finals. We finished playing and tuned in to watch the game since we all have been waiting for this match.
I was all against Argentina winning the cup and this is because I’m a Ronaldo fan and I don’t like Messi. The match started with Argentina having more of the ball and then leading by 2 goals at halftime. Overall, the game was really an exciting one to watch, as France didn’t give Argentina an easy World Cup win. But my thoughts was that, if France had a better keeper they would have had a bigger chance of winning the game on penalties. Even so, they had a last minute golden chance to kill the game off but failed to.
After the game I was very hungry and disappointed too after sitting there for more than two hours, so I decided to get some food to calm down my disappointment. Went out and bought some “jollof” and fried plantains. After eating, I saw that the disappointment was wearing off a bit. Lol
Then decided to watch some movies before going to bed.

In a nutshell, this is all that happened in the weekend at my side of the world. Very disappointing for France not to win the World Cup and now all those Messi fans will not let us rest. Thank you for having time to read through my post, see you next time ;).
