It's summer time here in the Philippines, and we can really feel the heat of the summer. There's no other choice to fight the heat of the summer, either you buy an air conditioner, or you take a little break and swim with your friends, family, and loved ones. Yesterday we took our first summer experience getaway in one of the famous resorts in town, at the Villa Christina Mountain Resort.
The resort is not far from our home, it's almost 2 kilometers away from where we live. Every summer we always visit this resort because they had a good amenities, many pools, and a breathtaking view of the city, especially during sunset. Today I just wanted to share with you our lovely weekend experience in the summer.
Highlights
When you visit the Villa Christina Resorts, the first thing that catches your eye is their beautiful hotel.

This kiddie pool is my younger daughter's favorite because it's not deep, it has slides, and other pool obstacles. They really like the kiddie pool, that's why we always rent the cottage beside the kiddie pool.

If I was not wrong, there are five swimming pools inside the resort, and those pools have different shapes, depths, and obstacles.
This round-shaped pool, 3 feet deep, is located at the upper part of the resort. It has also a slide with a figure design of sea creatures so many kids even the adults love to slid in that slide. But unfortunetly that slide is closed yesterday.

Here is my youngest daughter swimming in that round pool with the swim ring or floating device because he can't reach the deep yet.

Beside the round pool, I saw this thing, I really don't know if this is a canal or a tiny waterfall. But the thing that I was sure of is that the water flowed in those tiny falls or canal down to the tiny round-shaped kiddie pool and their biggest and longest pool.

I just like the view and the tiny bridge.

My youngest daughter was playing with his sister and cousin. I think my older daughter is playing hide and seek with her cousin under the water.

As I said, the resort has a breathtaking overlooking view of the city and a lovely sunset.

Both my daughter and my niece are enjoying their time while swimming in different pools. But sadly, we weren't able to visit the two pools because it's very crowded.
