For beginners, it takes time to practice, but I have a lot of fun first time out and can't wait to do it more. If your body is comfortable on water, supping is pleasant and enjoyable.

We have so much fun at beach. I refill much enegy after joining trips with friends and feel so much better. I understand lots people are down these long days of the pandamic and have negative attitude toward life. It's a tough time for everyone but I hope we will get through it soon and face challegen together.
