So here's the thing, a few years back when I was still breast-feeding, I half jokingly said to a friend, that I was going to start a Punk band, called Twisted Nipples. I think most Mamas who have breastfed will understand where I am coming from.
It never happened of course, even though I was well impressed with having come up, with such a great punk name. I mean, Twisted Nipples, it kind of encompasses what punk is all about. Don't you think?
But today, I think its time I really embraced my punk side.
Let myself get pissed off, really pissed off and scream it all out into the world. There's no better way to release and I do enjoy a good scream, its ever so therapeutic.
Of course, I'm going to need to make sure that I get into character before I perform, which let's be real here, that's something I intend to do alot of. As I imagine the name alone, will draw lots of folk in.
So, I need to find my own personal Nipple Tweaker. Someone who knows what they are doing. Who can invoke the right amount of pain and pleasure. So that I can really connect with my anger, whilst also feeling playful enough to get up and perform.
So I'm going to have to advertise. Hmm so what category does Nipple Tweaker fall under?
And how to make sure, that it's not just folk who think they are in for some kinky shite, that turn up?
I want to appeal to those who take it seriously. It's going to be a very important job.
So any tips would be appreciated.
As regards to how many hours they would need to commit to, I would expect them to arrive for work, at least 4 hours before each gig and then also stay for the whole show. So at least 6 hours, 4 times a week.
I need to go on stage, looking and sounding like some one who really knows what it's like to have Twisted Nipples.
When I'm screaming into that microphone, I want to look out and see the crowd with their hands shielding their nipples, as they feel every word that I sing.
