The best parties or events I attended so far is my friend's baby naming ceremony. Naming ceremony is normally an event that happened right days after the birth of the child as it is normally there tradition here in Nigeria. In my country, we're deeply traditional people with different tribe and naming ceremony ideas are tailored according to the parents religion and my friend happen to be a Muslim. Three important thing in Islamic naming ceremony are clerics shaving of the baby's hair, slaughter vof goat or sheep and announcing the baby's names to the public.
What did you like about it and why
What I like about the ceremony is the way they treat their guest with great hospitality and respect irrespective of either you're a invited guest or not. The treated everyone equally because the way you address or treat your guest signified the type of person your are. People that left their various places to attend and celebrate with you are not jobless or doesn't have one or two things to attend to but they just want to return the love you gave them back and appreciate you and that is the reason why.
What happened there to make it so good and memorable.
What happened to make it so good and memorable is the story behind the birth of the babies. The mother have been married for like five years or more without given birth and because of this the husband have to married another wife who have already gave birth to twins the duration of the year. So all the attentions she supposed to be receiving from the husband is now shifted only to the second wife. After two years that the second wife gave birth then the first wife also take in and gave birth to twins as well in which the child are boys. The husband was so happy and the mother can not be happier so the ceremony was a grand one. The person they once called a barren is now a mother of twins at once. Who say God is not wonderful. I am happy for the mother who have faith and believe that one day she will have her own kids and so did God did it for her. And also what make it so memorable for me is that I met one of my favorite celebrity at the event.
