Happy Sunday everyone!
Undoubtedly 2023 has been a year of many emotions, transformations and experiences, some sad, others quite incredible. The year is almost over and we can't help but think about all the moments that we have gone through and that have led us to this point.
Reading this week's topics I saw a topic that I found very interesting, and it is that if we had the possibility to relive a weekend, the one we wanted, what would it be and why, if it is only one I guess we would have to remember which was the most significant and in which we were happier, no doubt that would be the chosen one.
If you could re-experience any weekend from 2023 which would it be and why?
Ok, the one weekend of the year that I would choose to re-experience if I had the chance, it has to be the first weekend of March. Let me tell you all about it and the reason why it is the one I'd choose.
What we did
That weekend we were in the mood for some dancing and we decided to go to a night club. I went with my husband, my brother, my cousins and their girlfriends and also some friends. We went to Rumayor, which is a night club from my province. We had a lot of fun there and of course, we danced a lot. I don't usually dance in those public spaces, 'cause I'm a bit shy (a lot actually 😅) but there are moments when your body needs movement and that was one of those nights, I danced a lot and enjoyed the moment.
It was a Saturday night, which means that there was not only music, but they also did a show, with a lot of dancers and Cuban music. I remember that we also enjoyed some stand-up comedy from a comedian that was performing that night and after all that it's just music to dance until they close the place. It was a great night. I ended up walking home barefoot because my feet hurt and I was wearing high heels, but it was totally worth it.

Why I chose it
The reason I chose this weekend, beside from the fact that we had a great time and all, it's because that was the last time we all went out together. A few weeks later my brother moved to another country, and a month later my cousin did too. So, that night is very special to me, 'cause I got to have a great time with them before they left. They really were the life of the party and now going dancing is not the same without them.
That is why I would love to re-experience that night and relive those good times. It's a night a treasure in my memory, 'cause we really enjoyed it a lot.
