WEEKEND - A busy weekend. A visitor from UK, braai with friends, and rehearsals for live performance!

Greetings from South Africa!

This weekend was crazy busy! We had Anna visit Hive account@clairemobey from the UK. They have been friends almost as long as she's been friends with Hive account@jasperdick!

Anna came over on Friday night and stayed the whole weekend. Claire really needed that! But even so, everyone had things going on seeing Anna go out in the morning for a baby shower (above picture is where we fetched her) and ourselves going to visit Claire's dad.

After that Hive account@therneau and Hive account@jusipassetti and kids joined us for one of our classic braais! A nice wood fire, salads prepped and ready, kids running around and playing and the adults getting time to chat and drink wine and be merry!

Everyone chips in to make the braai special, below is a camera roll of the food and the evening!

How is this for a plate of food? Lamb chop, beef sausage, pig in blanket, garlic bread and coleslaw. (I was not in the mood for drinking, so just having a coke there).

And then on Sunday, Claire, Anna and I went to Hive account@jasperdick so they can rehearse for their upcoming live performance in Fishoek!

While I was there I was working on a part of THIS post.
