Great idea
In my humble opinion, the idea behind this app is revolutionary and I would like to support them all the ways it can succeed. The idea is we can earn coins(money) for publishing, viewing, and rating them.
Note my review is based on my experience with the app I have played with a few hours. All I have done is download the app setup the few small things. So my view may change when I have a better understanding of the app.
Issues of the app
The app is not intuitive in a lot of aspects. I have found this list of issues:

Maybe we all should support them adding the issues we found there, in my view. It is documented there and I am also faced with a few of them. So I am not repeating it here.
My first impression was not so great but I have hope ;)
When I register with the app I got a screen with a verification code with SMS. I switched the screen to see the code to the messaging app. When I return to the WhatsAround, there is no way I can enter them. When I contacted them through email, they have told, it is a non-issue.
Lack of Desktop support
Lack of desktop/web support at the moment is a problem for me. I am not sure how the business plan for the WhatsAround app. But I think, having a business and API support for the app may be a huge improvement.
The website https://www.whatsaround.com/ we can browse the images. But we cannot earn or rate them here.
Help and Documentations
Finally, I don't find any help online to find out how to do things. All I can find out is a google document shared. I think it will be nice to share it with you guys as it is hidden on the internet

How much you can earn
I have just started. This platform looks like in its infancy. So what we earn maybe just a starting point ;)
