This week on Jabber Talkie, we’re catching up with Hive account@starkerz, who is fresh off the Talent Land conference in Mexico, where over 300 people were onboarded to Hive. We’ll dive into what worked, what didn’t, and how the team is tracking KPIs, expenses, and follow-through efforts to retain new users. Then we shift gears to the Hive Hub Guatemala project—an ambitious three-month experiment using a hotel in Lake Atitlán as a real-world onboarding site. We’ll explore how lessons from Talent Land can be applied on the ground in Guatemala, including creative use of the new Hive debit card and new guest onboarding strategies.
