Laying under the tree with its green leaves acting as shelter, prevent the r rays of the sun from roasting me. Feeling tired and weak at the same time hoping and praying for my helper to find me, the beautiful butterfly dancing and showing off its beautiful colors to me and I smiled and said "so pretty" then I heard a loud voice calling Jane!!! Jane!!! Jane!!! It was Tolu my roommate shivering, she looked worried, and her eye turned red like a burning flame. What is it? I asked, I can't find the documents she said as it sounded like she was about to break down in tears, what documents Tolu? I have a presentation today and the missing documents are what I'll be using... Hmm!!! This is serious so where did you keep it, I don't know, I don't know Jane!!!.
I stood up and we moved in search of the Missing documents....it was as if I was hunting down my enemies while looking for the documents... I had to act like a detective to figure out the possible place we could find the documents... I searched the trash bin but it wasn't in it, where else can I find Tolu's documents I checked under the bed but No I couldn't find it...I had already searched the entire room but could trace it...Deep down I was worried cause she was almost later for her presentation...Zizi!!!! Zizi!!! Zizi!!! That was her phone vibrating oh! no, my boss. she picks up her call and the conversation went this way.
Boss: young lady where are you?
Tolu: I'll soon be on my way, sir!
Boss:it's almost time for the presentation
Tolu: am aware I'll be at the office in a jiffy
Boss: Better!!!!!!!!
Call drops and pretty Tolu confused on how to handle the issue, I have an hour and thirty minutes left jane, if am not at the office before then, girl!!! I'll lose my job...
Chika walks in... looking less concerned about what was happening around her... Chika is also our roommate but I don't like her, I feel she isn't what she claims to be, honestly, I wasn't comfortable having her around and she knows...oh yes!!! My detective spirit is back!!! Communicating with my inner spirit. Chika did you see any documents in a white envelope Tolu describes...No Chika answered. Something was right I thought to myself. Chika stood up and left the room, I decided to follow her I noticed she hide something behind the cupboard outside the room.it was then it dawned on me that Chika knew something about the miss documents.
With thirty minutes gone Tolu only had one hour to save her job..I went back into the room and Tolu was crying... Chika was so ignorant about the situation and besides her attitude alone showed a footprint that she owned Tolu's documents, I had to do something. Luckily she just stepped out of the bathroom and her slippers were wet... I trailed her footprint and I found myself in front of my neighbor's apartment. I waited for her to come out, twenty minutes later she came out and was startled seeing me standing.. lo and behold a lighter and a white envelope with a loud voice I screamed out Tolu's name...she ran as fast as her leg could carry. She was disappointed but her job was saved!!!!.
