Today, the world is celebrating the International Nurse Day, on the birth-date of Florence Nightingale. We have come to a time-frame where we have realized, the nurses are our true superheroes. And, I have tried expressing my respect through the poem.
(Banksy Art, Extracted from Google)
She comes home broken, painted with blood and inflicted with tears.
Days with pain, cries, and sadness, and still manage to cheers.
When a catastrophe slams, all the reel heroes are nowhere to be found.
When she comes to rescue, and the broken souls get rebound.
She is a mother, a sister, and a friend, we all reach when illness takes us to the bed.
When we feel hollow she is the healer and when a devil's assault, she is the savior.
I can't define her in a word, Is she is a savior or is she a fighter, or she is an angel?
No time fo self-being, her acts are for world-care, so I say "superheroes are real".
