Hive account@becourious, in The Ink Well, we really ask that writers do not publish stories here that are about violence and brutality. It's painful to have to read the stories of killings and violence against innocent beings.

As moderators, we have found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to continually add to our rules and mute some stories and some authors to try to prevent this kind of story from being published here.

We want The Ink Well to be a safe and welcoming place. The murder of children is not in line with that mission. Could you please change your ending?
