Hola apreciados amigos, bendecida semana santa para todos, en esta ocasión dedicado a la Pascua en cualquier parte del Mundo, siendo sagrada y especial donde nos reunimos en familia para compartir ya sea una comida, una oración, acercarnos al templo del señor y los que no creen se respeta sus creencias.

Ahora bien, en Venezuela según la región posee diversas tradiciones en cuanto a la gastronomía como los acercamientos a los templos para agradecer por tantas oportunidades que nos brinda, es su momento de dedicación y respeto, donde hasta los rezanderos y santeros le rinden tributo.

Trujillo, es un pueblo donde los días cruciales son jueves hasta domingo y en esos días, se elaboran deliciosos alimentos echos con amor, como la tradición sopa de pan y el acompañante seco conocido como el pescado en presentaciones como mojo,frito o en guiso, según los gustos y colores, con arroz, ensalada rallada o cruda, sin dejar de lado las deliciosas empanadas de cazón, en esta semana no es aceptable consumir carne roja.
