But today, so much progress has been made, but in the developing countries, there are such rulers or such a class has come to power whose aim is to fill their coffers and increase their bank balance. In short, they are corrupt people, they are involved in corruption and they are transferring the country's tax money to foreign countries and depositing it in their banks. In the balance, they are increasing the bank balance of their children and their children and are making the country look corrupt, but the people of this country are being crushed in the mill of poverty and poverty. So such rulers should leave corruption and work for the country they are the rulers of, the country whose people have given them respect, the country whose people have made them kings and rulers, whether they wanted it or not. So such people should take care of these people, take them out of hunger and poverty, and work for the development of this country, because the respect and rule they have received is thanks to the people of this country, and if they do not work for this country too, then they will be the most corrupt and dishonest people.

But it is also true that in developing countries, sometimes there is a nexus between the international establishment and the internal establishment, and they elect people who work on the instructions of the international establishment. Because the international establishment, which we sometimes call America, or countries that are allies of America, and America wants to weaken them with its influence, then in such countries it elects rulers or helps elect people who are corrupt and dishonest. Because when dishonest rulers are in a country, then those dishonest rulers will not work for their country but for the international establishment and will follow whatever orders the international establishment gives them. Why do corrupt rulers work for the international establishment, whether it is called America or any other powerful country? They commit corruption within their own country on its orders, commit corruption, and keep the market of injustice hot. Why do they do this? They do this because the wealth they have accumulated through corruption, the wealth they have accumulated by looting the country, is in the banks of these same countries. If these corrupt rulers do not listen to the international establishment, then the banks full of their wealth will not be of any use to them at all. Rather, they will freeze their wealth. So these people, who accumulate that wealth through corruption and looting the country, deposit it in banks in foreign countries or do business or buy big houses and mansions. Then those mansions will completely disappear because if they do not listen to the international establishment, and an honest ruler does not have any wealth from corruption, he is honest in his own way. Earnings are made and that ruler keeps his wealth in his country, deposits it in the banks of his country, does business in his country because he is honest, he keeps his lawful and lawful earnings in his country, he does not care about the international establishment or the threats of powerful countries, therefore honest rulers always work honestly and with strength and passion for their people and those who are corrupt and dishonest rulers, in order to hide their wealth, to protect their wealth, to develop their business, they become the servants of the international establishment and rob their country, they oppress the people of their country and then when this oppression increases, then the rod of Allah is silent, it destroys and destroys such rulers. But before that, we should think for ourselves how we have to choose our rulers. We have to always support good people and stand against corrupt and dishonest people.
