My outfit for a doctor's appointment/Comfort and elegance

Today I want to share with you my outfit to attend a doctor's appointment that I had scheduled this afternoon.

In Bogota, it was raining at dawn, so the day was colder than ever. I assumed that by the time of my appointment, 5:00 pm, the weather would be much colder because night would fall soon. In light of this, I started thinking early in the morning about the outfit I should wear to my appointment.

I wanted it to be comfortable, but I wanted it to make me feel pretty and elegant, because the evening, after the consultation, promised a special outing. My appointment's office is located in a shopping mall, so we would take advantage of the outing to hang around and look at the stores and eat something delicious.

So I decided on this outfit that I show you here. I wore a basic stretch pants, tight to the body, blue color simulating jeans fabric that I love because it is very soft and comfortable. Ideal to attend the consultation because I had to change my clothes to wear one of those blue gowns that are not comfortable at all. So this pant would facilitate the task.

Thinking about the cold, I put on a long sleeve turtleneck sweater, which I love, to be well protected. Ah! but under this, I put on a black flannel because, I confess, I am always dressed with more than two layers of clothing. I just don't like to be caught in the cold with only one layer. And, to complement my look, I took a black blazer to enhance even more the elegance that my outfit already had with the neck sweater.

And since comfort is the most important thing for me when it comes to dressing, I wore my skechers sneakers, soft and cushioned that I think went perfect with my outfit.

After the consultation, we walked around the mall and the icing on the cake of the night was to have a cold coffee, the Nevado de galleta óreo, from Juan Valdez that froze me inside, but I enjoyed it to the fullest because I wanted it madly.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi outfit para asistir a una cita médica que tenía programada la tarde de hoy.

En Bogotá, amaneció lloviendo, así que el día estaba más frío que nunca. Supuse que para la hora de mi cita, 5:00 de la tarde, el clima estaría mucho más frío porque caería pronto la noche. En vista de esto, me puse a pensar, desde muy temprano, en el outfit que debía ponerme para la consulta.

Quería que fuera cómodo, pero que me hiciera sentir bonita y elegante, pues la tarde-noche, después de la consulta, prometía una salida especial. El consultorio de mi cita está ubicado en un centro comercial, por lo cual aprovecharíamos la salida para quedarnos por ahí viendo tiendas y para comernos algo delicioso.

Así me decidí por este outfit que les muestro aquí. Usé un pantalón básico strech, ceñido al cuerpo, de color azul simulando tela jeans que me encanta porque es muy suave y cómodo. Ideal para asistir a la consulta porque debía cambiar mi ropa para ponerme una de esas batas azules nada cómodas. Así que este pantalón facilitaría la tarea.

Pensando en el frío, me puse un suéter manga larga de cuello alto o cuello tortuga, que me fascina, para estar bien protegida. ¡Ah! pero debajo de este, me puse una franela negra porque, les confieso, que siempre estoy vestida con más de dos capas de ropa. Es que no me gusta que el frío me sorprenda con una sola capa. Y, para complementar mi look, me llevé un blazer negro para realzar aún más la elegancia que ya tenía mi atuendo con el sueter de cuello.

Y como la comodidad es lo más importante para mí a la hora de vestir, usé mis zapatos deportivos skechers, suaves y acolchaditos que me parece que iban perfectos con mi outfit.

Luego de la consulta, recorrimos todo el Centro Comercial y la guinda de la noche fue tomarme un café frío, el Nevado de galleta óreo, de Juan Valdez que me heló por dentro, pero que lo disfruté al máximo porque lo deseaba con locura.
