La moda para mí es arriesgarse, es innovar, es mezclar colores y texturas que para el común son imposibles de llevar. Es por eso que no quería irme a lo seguro en esta sesión, sino que quería que mis fotos fácilmente pudieran ser la portada de una revista de moda.
Fashion for me is to take risks, is to innovate, is to mix colors and textures that for the common are difficult to wear. That's why I didn't want to play it safe in this session, but I wanted my photos to easily become the cover of a fashion magazine.
El estilo Glam Rock es la definición de lujo y elegancia y para lograrlo se necesita atrevimiento y creatividad, para así crear una combinación armónica, es por eso que me atreví a diseñar mi propia falda utilizando una tela con estampado bastante larga para que destacara aún más combinada con un top negro con una sola manga. Para los accesorios elegí tonos en negro con toques de plateado, tacones negros muy altos. El look lo complementé con un maquillaje smokey eye con tonos oscuros y brillantes, y tonos más neutros para darle balance, dando así más profundidad a la mirada. El peinado creo que fue la mejor parte porque me gustó mucho ese acabado elegante y llamativo.
Glam Rock style is the definition of luxury and elegance and to achieve it you need boldness and creativity to create a harmonious combination, that's why I dared to design my own skirt using a patterned fabric long enough to make it stand out even more combined with a black top with one sleeve. For the accessories I chose shades of black with touches of silver, very high black heels. I complemented the look with a smokey eye makeup with dark and bright tones, and more neutral tones to give balance, giving more depth to the look. The hairstyle I think was the best part because I really liked that elegant and striking finish.
Poder expresar mi personalidad y mis gustos a través de este look era lo que quería lograr, porque al final del día no nos vestimos para nadie más sino nosotras mismas. Poder estar frente a la cámara y mostrar esas diferentes facetas me hace muy feliz ya que me siento como toda una modelo, y dudé de sí podia con esto porque no tenía las prendas que quería pero recordé que:

Being able to express my personality and my tastes through this look was what I wanted to achieve, because at the end of the day we don't dress for anyone else but ourselves. Being able to be in front of the camera and show those different facets makes me very happy because I feel like a model, and I doubted if I could do it because I didn't have the clothes I wanted but I remembered that I was not able to do it because I didn't have the clothes I wanted to wear:
