Hola, a todos y todas!
Hello, everyone!
I love challenges and I love the initiatives of this community, I find them creative, different and unexpected.
Today I'm finally going to show you the look I designed inspired by the platform. I hope you like it as much as I do, because I think it's one of the most fun looks I've done. This will be my first participation in a community-led initiative. I am excited.

BOCETO / SKETCH
I will start by showing you the actual design of the dress, as I have often shown the step by step fashion sketch and I feel that in this case it is not so necessary.
To begin with, I wanted a slender figure and a sensual pose that showed confidence, as the design I had in mind was unusual and risky.
I tried to reflect a honeycomb on the gloves and the tights, however, although I liked the result, I felt that the hexagons could have been straighter. I really got a little frustrated with this part, but I didn't give up.

This time I decided to draw the back of the dress because I wanted you to see how the dress fell on both sides.

Something important that I didn't mention above was that, the bottom is not actually a pair of honeycomb print tights, it's actually a pair of trouser boots, which are very on trend right now and I clearly had to add them to the look.
I didn't draw them in the initial sketch because I didn't take into account the space, but I made them separately so that you could see the design of these.

COLOR
I chose the colors based on the shades of a honeycomb. The honey color was chosen for the dress, and the yellow and orange tones for the gloves and trouser boots.
For me, the color of honey is very similar to gold, so I used an oil-based marker of this color. The shadows and highlights of the dress were made using the colors orange, brown and yellow; for shadows and depth, the first two and for highlights and details the yellow.
In the hair I used the same tones as in the dress, because I wanted everything to match.

For the boots, pants and gloves I used yellow as a base color and the orange color to resemble the color of a honeycomb; because leaving everything yellow instead of looking like a honeycomb it would look like corn and clearly that was not what I was looking for.
Finally, when I finished painting everything, I outlined with brown micro tip, because I thought it would look much better than black.
Here I show you the colored boots...
