Laura made a remarkable job answering the question. She explained some history and technical terms of the Blockchain with dynamism and her examples made everything easier to digest. In her speech, she went over 3 levels of impact of Hive worldwide: technological, human and personal. That shows she went to great length to prepared a well-documented speech, and her delivery was exceptional. Her communication skills are the cherry on top of the cake as her voice, diction and fluency kept us hook from the first word.
Speaking about sources, she also deserves a special mention for the presentation of her post. The structure was impecable, and she cited her sources and campaigns she mentioned during her speech. This helps to keep the attention over Hive's impact worldwide.

One of the main purposes of a video is catching the viewers attention ik the first 30 seconds. Ashley did so flawlessly. There's an incredible emotional connection that arises from the sync between her dance and music. She knows how to crack smiles, that's for sure. Cresting engaging videos is a tough task for content creators, but know how to use the resources to do so is an incredible skill. Congratulations!

Achieving a dazzling make-up for exteriors is s tough task. The exposition to sunlight can make colours disappear of not handled properly. Luciana's make-up caught our attention for her ability to combine colours with harmony and highlighting her features. Congratulations!

Saber comunicar ideas de manera clara y efectiva es una habilidad que destac贸 a Sof铆a en esta semana de retos. Su capacidad comunicativa, la dicci贸n, oratoria fueron ordenadas y acertadas. Laura destac贸 porque supo responder a la pregunta de manera excepcional, explic贸 el tecnicismo de la blockchain y su historia, de forma din谩mica y con ejemplificaci贸n sencilla cercana al p煤blico. Adem谩s de que nos explic贸 la estructura de su discurso como el impacto positivo de Hive en tres niveles: Tecnol贸gico, humano y personal. Eso habla muy bien de la documentaci贸n, de la preparaci贸n de su gui贸n y de la estructura oral para comunicar eficazmente la informaci贸n. Asimismo su tono de voz, su dicci贸n y la oratoria continua del orden de ideas, sin perder el hilo de la informaci贸n, fue apropiada.
A prop贸sito del tema de la documentaci贸n y toda la informaci贸n, Laura tambi茅n destac贸 en Presentaci贸n del post, ya que la estructura de su post estuvo muy acorde y adem谩s, coloc贸 la fuentes que apoyaban su discurso. As铆 como las fuentes de las campa帽as a las que hizo alusi贸n, un tema super importante para captar la atenci贸n del receptor y que pueda validar el impacto social de Hive en las comunidades mencionadas. 隆Felicidades!

Uno de los objetivos de un v铆deo consiste en atrapar al espectador durante los primeros 30 segundos y eso fue lo que logr贸 Ashley, la sincron铆a del baile con la m煤sica, puede elevar la serotonina y generar sonrisas debido a la emocionalidad generada a trav茅s de la conexi贸n visual. Crear videos es una de las cosas m谩s complejas como creador de contenido, pero saber utilizar los recursos para optimizar la grabaci贸n es importante para las redes sociales. 隆Felicidades!

Lograr un maquillaje que deslumbre en exteriores es todo un desaf铆o, ya que la sobreexposici贸n a la luz del sol puede hacer desaparecer los colores del makeup. En este reto Luciana destac贸, logrando mostrar una hermosa selecci贸n de colores que acentuaron sus rasgos a trav茅s de su makeup que hac铆an armon铆a con todo el concepto creado. 隆Felicidades!
