A few days ago I showed you the initial sketch of this design with which I participated in my first wearable design contest in the metaverse.
I'm excited to finally show you the final result already digitized and of course being used by my avatar 🫶🏻
The process was not easy at all, in fact, at some point I got frustrated because the 3D designer failed to capture the idea through the drawing, and delivered a result that almost made me cry 🤣 After calming down I thought a bit and went to paint (yes, windows paint 😂) to try to recreate the shape I really wanted.
Surprisingly the explanation worked and the result was just as I imagined and even though I didn't turn out to be the winner of this first contest, I have already managed to sell 8 outfits for a total of about $80 on MANA, the token of Decentraland.

Hace unos días les enseñé el boceto inicial de este diseño con el que participé en mi primer concurso de diseño de wearables en el metaverso.
Me emociona finalmente poder mostrarles el resultado final ya digitalizado y por su puesto siendo utilizado por mi avatar 🫶🏻
El proceso no fue nada fácil, de hecho, en algún punto me frustré porque el diseñador 3D no logró captar la idea a través del dibujo, y entregó un resultado que casi me hace llorar 🤣 Luego de calmarme pensé un poco y me fui a paint (sí, paint de windows 😂) para tratar de recrear la forma que realmente quería.
Sorprendentemente la explicación funcionó y el resultado fue tal cual como lo imaginaba y a pesar de que no resulté ganadora de este primer concurso, ya he logrado vender 8 trajes para un total de unos 80 dólares en MANÁ, el token de Decentraland.
