En mi hogar, todos los miembros de mi familia tienen la costumbre de ir guardando ropa que ya no usamos para regalarla, hace un mes, participe en una obra benéfica y llevé lo último que teníamos recogido, por eso me preocupé cuando salió la iniciativa pongamos de moda la felicidad. Es la primera vez que fuera de mi familia solicito colaboración para donar, faltaban pocos días para la fecha tope y no tenía tanta ropa como yo quería, pero en último momento 3 personas decidieron colaborar y con lo que ellos me dieron y yo tenía se llenaron dos sacos.

En la parte formativa hubo charlas sobre protección infantil de la mano del proyecto protégeme donde me quede un buen rato escuchando con atención la forma como estas profesionales educaban con gestos y palabras de respeto a los niños, preguntaban cuáles eran sus partes privadas de manera que las identificaran y les decían que eran las partes que cubrían el traje de baño, adicional a esto les recalcaban que no era debían permitir que nadie tocara, hiciera cosquilla, mirara, fotografiara, besara estas partes, así sean miembros de su familia, y como debían responder en caso de que sucediera.

También hubo para los niños actividad recreativa como pintacaritas y a muchos les hicieron sus personajes favoritos, y como Desi y yo aún tenemos nuestras niñas internas vivas, también quisimos pintarnos y quedamos felices con nuestros logos. Aparte de todo lo que mencione arriba se hizo la donación de ropa, zapatos y hasta carteras y bolsos, fue tanta la cantidad de ropa que duramos desde las 9.30 hasta las 1 entregando y muchas personas se llevaron varias prendas.

Una de las cosas que más me agrado fue ver el comportamiento de las personas con relación a nuestra actividad, agarraban solo la ropa que les quedaba bien y aquella que usarían, dejando las demás para otras personas. Como anécdota me llevo una que me arrugo el corazón, dos jóvenes llegaron a buscar ropa para ellos, pero ya no quedaba nada de sus tallas, entonces les dije que podían mirar si algo les servía algún miembro de su familia, les mencioné a sus abuelas pensando en los vestidos de buena calidad que eran de mi abuela, en eso se les iluminó el rostro al mirar los vestidos y felices exclamaron ¡si estos vestidos les gustaran a mi abuela¡tal vez sea el primer regalo que le den a sus abuelas y ese momento fue maravilloso para mí.
One of the things that pleased me the most was to see the behavior of the people in relation to our activity, they took only the clothes that fit them and that they would use, leaving the rest for other people. As an anecdote I take with me one that made my heart break, two young people came to look for clothes for them, but there was nothing left in their sizes, then I told them that they could look if something was useful for any member of their family, I mentioned their grandmothers thinking about the good quality dresses that were my grandmother's, at that their faces lit up when they looked at the dresses and happily exclaimed ¡if these dresses would please my grandmother¡maybe the first gift they will give to their grandmothers and that moment was wonderful for me.
Muchas personas pasaron por la boutique 😁😆😄 así le decían al espacio donde estábamos donando la ropa, con sus mascotas que por cierto se veían tan lindos y bien cuidados, las mascotas como sus dueños se portaron muy bien. Niños, mujeres y hombres se llevaron lo que quisieron y hasta la directora de la escuela comunal se llevó su vestido.
Many people passed by the boutique 😁😆😄 so they called the space where we were donating the clothes, with their pets that by the way looked so cute and well cared for, the pets as well as their owners were very well behaved. Children, women and men took what they wanted and even the director of the community school took her dress.
La organización fue excelente, dieron a los voluntarios desayuno y almuerzo arroz con pollo y de tomar limón con papelón. No había más que pudiera pedir, me retiré agotada, pero muy feliz, agradezco a la comunidad
