As I'm shadow banned on Facebook for sharing my thoughts, feelings and political leanings... I thought I would drop them here for posterity. I'd say around 95% of my posts on Zuckerbook get zero engagement, despite many IRL old friends following me on fuckbook. The text of my Facebook post is highlighted in bold below. A huge amount of the fundamental injustices in this world carry on regardless of which side the capitalist coin lands on.
Left, right or center... manufactured wars will continue.
Even under a left leaning Obama in America, US imperialist foreign policies remained largely unchanged. The American military industrial complex is built into the bedrock of the economy. Similarly, in the UK arm dealing is built in; fueling a multi billion £ industry that makes a lot of people at the top extremely rich through investment, direct manufacturing or political lobbying.
Until governments stop propping up the arms trade with tax breaks, playing on public fear to justify invasive wars in countries where they have no business being and generally running 'deep government' like a sociopath pedophile at an outreach project; change will be superficial!
What most anarchists want is simply to work out a better system, without leaders... not to burn everything to the ground without a plan.
