This was a video from my friend when he was riding, and poof his wheel just fell off.
It'd happened a few times before and so it wasn't a surprise. That board has been nothing but problems for him, and well he's stopped riding it now. It's a funny thing to look back at now. He tried loctite and nylon nuts but didn't help.
