It's been around a month now since I started playing Gods Unchained and my fourth weekend ranked event just got wrapped up. So far, this has been my best performing weekend. You basically get scored on how many wins you can get in your first 25 matches. This time a managed to pull of 21 wins out of the first 25 matches. There's a nice breakdown on how many card pack rewards you can get based on you performance over the weekend in this GU blog post. My rewards actually got capped at 18 wins, since I started the event off with an Auric Gold Ranking.
Here's a quick overview of the ranking system:

- Purified Bronze (B+)
- Rusted Iron (I)
- Purified Iron (I+)
- Impact Meteorite (M)
- Astral Meteorite (M+)
- Twilight Shadow (S)
- Midnight Shadow (S+)
- Auric Gold (G)
- Solar Gold (G+)
- Ethereal Diamond (D)
- Mythic (M)
Based on the results, my awards this week are 3 Epic Core Packs and 2 Expansion Epic Packs. Additionally, getting at least 30 wins over the weekend also gets you an extra reward pack. The current expansion pack is called Divine Order. Besides getting these packs as rewards, the other way to get expansion cards is by buying them on the website with ETH. After the total supply gets sold out or through rewards, the only other way to get these cards would be through the secondary market. This is where it gets interesting for current and new players as this will create a supply and demand dynamic as the game develops further.
As for the card reveals, we'll have to wait until mid-week when the packs get distributed to everyone. I'll might share the pack openings as well.
I ended the weekend in the Mythic rank. To my surprise, I actually made it on the ranking leaderboards. At one point I was even ranked number 47 out of all the players (unfortunately, I forgot to take a screenshot *sadge)
