Here is a list of some of the cards from Genesis that you should keep an eye out for. The Genesis set is locked so the cards can't be changed, and unique to Genesis, the cards can't be reprinted, so Genesis cards are limited in supply, whereas other sets can be reprinted.
Some of them are top tier cards currently in the meta while others are cards that could see play in the future with new cards coming out or the meta shifting. Cards are in order of price from TokenTrove at the time of writing, but this is not financial advice.
Genesis has a majority of the Amazon cards and Amazons are getting support in the Core Set Refresh so that is something to keep in mind.
Cards
Avatar of Nature: Big 5/5 body for 5 mana and summons plants that heal. Fits in midrange or control nature. Your opponent can't ignore it otherwise you will keep summoning plants and they will heal you.
A similar card in the core set is Valewarden Minotaur with the same stats and an afterlife that heals for 4hp. Also has some competition from other big 5 drops in Divine Order like Guild Enforcer and Brazen Moose.
Hippolyta, Divided: Flexible midrange creature, can either be a 5/8 Olympian or a 4/5 blitz, protected Amazon for 6 mana.
Nature currently has no Olympian synergies so it can be a vanilla 5/8 if you don't need the blitz. The Amazon mode got overshadowed by Giant Pangolin but the Amazon tribe is getting support in the future so it might see play in the future.
Gloam Druid: Permanent +2 strength buff to your confused creatures on a 2/2 body for 2 mana. Great card for an aggro wild/confused nature deck.
As a comparison, Firewine is a similar buff at 5 mana that gives +2 strength and overkill to all your creatures until the end of turn, so although Gloam Druid is specific it's cheaper and a permanent strength buff.
Underbrush Boar: The best 2 drop in the game, goes in every deck. Big 3/3 stats for 2 mana and impacts the board the turn it's play. It also can hit hidden creatures or creatures with order the turn it's played.
Compost Charm: 2 mana for 10 healing and can generate a card, great for not dying early to Slayer War or Hidden Rush Deception.
Revification does a similar thing although it is less likely to generate a card.
Mistress Scythia: Could possibly used in a control deck to destroy all your low cost cards in deck to only leave the late game cards.
Or you could use in in a combo deck like Lost in the Depths in the Infinite Portal Wrangler deck, with future Core Set Refresh Card, Curious Wisp 1 mana 0/1 Roar: This creature gains +1/+1, then shuffle a copy of it into your deck.
So you can build a deck full of 1/2s, draw the wisp, destroy your deck, then keep summoning bigger and bigger guys.
Grass Roots: Nature's only semi-reliable transform card to out big creatures like Polyhymnia.
Malfunctional servitor is another card that can transform other creatures but you can transform your own creatures making it only reliable when your board is empty.
Revenant Lynx: Effectively a 1 mana 4/2. Great for swarming the board but the low hp holds it back. Good for an aggro wild confused nature deck.
Myrto's Daughter: Can be a 4/4 blitz or a 2/2 blitz that gives a nice +4/+3 buff to another random amazon. Good for future amazon decks. Can be run as a vanilla 5 mana 4/4 blitz in any deck.
Agrodor Protector: Well-statted 4 mana frontliner with regen and has the Amazon tag. Good for Amazon decks or control nature decks.
Ares' Eruption: The only way in nature to add mana locks to your opponent. Can be good if you're ahead on board to deny your opponent the mana for a board wipe.
Primal Guidance: Cheap removal for Amazon decks. Can be extra copies of canopy barrage in an aggro meta.
