Life is magical and strange and moving constantly in many directions. Each thread you pull in the tapestry of the universe is tied to another in sometimes odd and suprising ways.
It's fascinating to pull them and see where they go- the unusual, the underbelly, the less-talked of and misunderstood- these are the threads I seek out in particular. Often these reveal entire worlds of colour I never new existed.
I am not a Gamer. I am not a programer. I work with soil and earth, water and food. But a part of me is drawn to innovation, change, and the future, despite my rooting in earthly affairs.
I found a thread one day and pulled.
I road the crypto wave in 2017-2018 and held white knuckled until I forgot the loss and slept a few years. Gamestop woke me up and I started tugging around to see what was going on. A rabbit hole lead me into a discord community which lead me into a tighter knit group. There I made my first digital friends and they filled a need I hadn't recognised- we shared, and learned, debated and critiqued, and built up a sense of trust and connection.
A splintering, another group, and another. A bearish period and some names dropped away, a bullish rebound and energy returned. A chat about the future of gaming and a project mentioned in passing- and here I am.
Finding Gods Unchained was an exploration in the random, the nebulous connection of one thread connecting to another and realising something you didn't even know you didn't know.
And now here I am- A digital collector in times of radical change- my days spent hands in the soil, my nights spend fingers at the keyboard- Fascinated by what is unfolding, inspired for a future that weaves disparate cords together in an interconnected web of complexity that breathes and moves with the times.
