Today is a beautiful Monday morning, I woke up at about 7:00am feeling grateful for a new day and a new week.
I have issues with sleeping on time because I am Nocturnal, at night I have extra energy and my eyes are wild open until I have to force myself to go to bed.
Today after my usual morning routines, I decided to practice my yoga for better sleep, so I can probably nap in the afternoon.

No workout today, it was just all about flowing and stretching in my mat.
Got my speakers ready and just jamming to Burna Boy’s New Album “Twice as Tall”
I really enjoy practicing yoga, like when am on the mat I just stretch and completely forget about all my worries.
I just flow and stretch my body until my hands can no longer take it.

I practiced for approximately 60minutes and I focused on my back especially around my spine because it very central to blood flow and can help improve my sleep.
I also focused on my legs because working them has a way of giving off that tired feeling that will make you yearn for sleep.

I just relaxed in between practice with breathing and meditation techniques.
It was just so chilling and relaxing.
I also had some hip opening practice, just helped me with stress from sitting and walking around.
After my practice I set up my camera took some pictures and made a video.

By this time I was having that dorpamine release feeling and I was also tired.
After practice I went straight to do laundry and after laundry, I took my bath and had noodles for breakfast.
Wrote an online article and I didn’t know when I fell asleep.
By the time I woke up it was 2:00pm feeling so refreshed and relaxed.
I got back to crocheting.
