Just off the North Western coast of Africa you can find the small island of "Gran Canaria". The island is best known for it's dramatic "black lava" landscape and belonging to Spain's "Canary Islands" region. This is one of my Daughter Mel's favorite holiday destinations. There are other places in the World that I prefer, but she enjoys doing the beach activities with my Grand-Daughter "Emma". My Grand-Son "Logan" tends to sulk if he is not playing some kind of Games machine. Sometimes he is forced to participate, and sometimes NOT 🤣

Anyway, family holidays can be fun, and my daughter is a "Single Parent" (as her previous relationships did not work out, sadly). So we do occasionally all travel together to "Gran Canaria" as a large family group.

I moved some of my old Holiday folders around recently, so it's taken me a while to upload the right photos (below). These are the ones that I think are the most interesting, and show the paragliding activity that I hate to participate in myself. I am so scared of heights LOL
