HIVE Portfolio and changes in the last week
Many projects on the Hive platform encourage authors to set both short-term and long-term goals. Various communities appreciate when authors track and publish their goals, as it provides a way to measure individual growth on Hive. Without clear goals, we often struggle to achieve our desired level of progress.
One of the weekly tasks from the 
I am a new dolphin in the HIVE ecosystem. I don't have a big portfolio, but I share whatever I have here. By doing so, I can compare the changes in my portfolio over the last week (July 21, 2025, to July 28, 2025).
HIVE POWER (HP)
No doubt. Hive is the primary token. Previously, I had many distractions. I converted $HIVE to $SWAP.HIVE to invest in Layer-2 tokens. I may also have invested in projects that used $HIVE to purchase tokens or packs. As a result, my main HP didn't grow much. I could avoid the distraction lately.

One of the active projects on HIVE is the lolzproject. It's been running smoothly for a long time. I started my journey with this project almost from the beginning, and I am still going on! It's farming various layer 2 tokens. It also farms $HIVE tokens. I delegate different layer 2 tokens and get $LOLZ. For staking those $LOLZ, I again get different Layer 2 tokens drip daily, and occasionally $HBD!

Sunday [July 27] Diary and Random Chamber Talk
For the last couple of days, starting from last Friday, I couldn't manage to walk on the treadmill. Sunday was added to that "no-walk-day" list! Too bad! However, I managed to take 9872 steps!
In my chamber, I can communicate in the following languages:
- English
- Arabic
- Hindi
- Bangla
Therefore, we encounter difficulties when a patient speaks a language other than the aforementioned four languages. Sometimes, Google Translate helps. On Sunday, a patient came who was from Myanmar. The patient brought a Facebook Messenger text message written in English. Her translator did a good job mentioning all the details I needed to know! A good use of technology!
Later, another patient from my native place came. He didn't know that there was a Bangladeshi doctor with whom he could speak in his mother tongue. Hence, he also brought a similar text in English, mentioning his problems.
Surprisingly, both of them came on the same day!!
On Sunday, I consulted 20 patients in my chamber. There was no emergency case. In the visa medical section, I examined some people who came for a fitness test!
