Hello everyone, I trust that you are doing very fine.
Accepting responsibilities may cost you, but there is gain afterwards. It is very important to know that responsibility moulds you to become stronger, and you will learn a lot of things by taking responsibilities.
Do not shy away from any responsibility because you do not want to stress yourself, or maybe you do not want to serve people; it should be a thing of happiness for you to be responsible for something or to be responsible for people. People may be very stubborn, but if you are patient with them, at the end you will be happy that you served them. Do not think that you will not be able to serve; just try.
Another thing about taking responsibilities is that you must not be the best person at that time; you must not be qualified, but if you give it a little time, you will be grateful for the growth you will see. You can actually learn from the process. Responsibility will make you understand people and manage them well. If you can manage difficult people, then nothing can actually be very difficult for you to do.
I remember when I was leading a group of people back in the university; so many of them were older than me, and I was always thinking how they were able to listen to me. Then after a while I understood that being meek was very important, and if you want to learn from who are older than you, you need to serve them first so that it will not be difficult for you to command respect from them. Whatever you tell them to do, you must do it first so that they will be obliged to do that particular thing without being forced.
