The power to be great, is in us and this power lies in the potential that was given to us from birth.
This power was given to us in form of talents,capacities,privileges,intelligences,and opportunities that can be opened by our effort to understand them and how to
use this gifts.
There are so many gift that we have, but we don't know them and that is why we cannot used them.
Let's see how to unlock this gifts.
*Maintain a cordial relationship with God Gen. 39:2-5
God was with Joseph and he made him great, that is why Potiphar made a overseer in his house, not minding the fact that he was a stranger.
*Obedience Gen 12:1-4
When God told Abram, to get out of his father's house he did not disobey the counsel of God. So it very necessary to obey the voice of God.

Mordecai did not bow to Haman, because of what he stood for, he remembered that told them that they should not worship any other God except him.

Jesus told hid disciples that he that want to be served will be a servant, but he that servers will be the greatest amongst them.

If God has said something concerning you, you must play your part by having faith that he said that has not come to pass will surely come to pass.
*Forget the past Philippians 3:13-14
We should always try to forget, how it was in the past and look at what is coming, so as to be great.
To conclude, God has given us potentials, but if we do not unlock it, these potential may not profit us and people too.
This potentials is not only for us, but God gave them for the edification of the church.
