Saludos amigos de esta linda comunidad. Desde hace mucho tiempo había querido escribir una publicación para compartirla con todos los amantes y coleccionistas de juguetes, pues en casa tengo muchos que en su momento hicieron feliz a mi única hija, también a mis sobrinos y, en la actualidad, a mis sobrinietos.
Estos juguetes los he conservado con mucho amor y dedicación por más de 20 años con la intención de que fueran heredados por los hijos de mi hija. Ojalá esto pueda ser así, aunque mi hija todavía no está pensando en darme nietos. Otra cosa que complica que mis futuros nietos puedan jugar con los juguetes de su mamá, es que ella y su esposo viven fuera del país, lo cual hace más difícil que se pueda trasladar la cantidad de juguetes que tengo guardados.
Greetings friends of this beautiful community. For a long time I had wanted to write a publication to share it with all toy lovers and collectors, because at home I have many toys that at the time made my only daughter happy, also my nephews and, at present, my grandnieces and grandnephews.
I have kept these toys with much love and dedication for more than 20 years with the intention that they would be inherited by my daughter's children. Hopefully this can be the case, although my daughter is not yet thinking of giving me grandchildren. Another thing that makes it difficult for my future grandchildren to play with their mother's toys is that she and her husband live out of the country, which makes it more difficult to move the amount of toys I have stored.
Los juguetes forman parte muy importante en la vida de los niños. En esta etapa de la infancia debe prevalecer el juego como actividad del día a día para que ellos puedan desarrollar destrezas y habilidades individuales y sociales.
Debo confesar que yo gocé a plenitud la infancia de mi hija. Con ella compartí muchos momentos de juego, la enseñé a cuidarlos, a organizarlos y a guardarlos para que le durarán en el tiempo. Le enseñé que cada juguete que le comprábamos tenía un costo y que por eso debía cuidarlos mucho.
Toys are a very important part of children's lives. At this stage of childhood, play must prevail as a day-to-day activity so that they can develop individual and social skills and abilities.
I must confess that I enjoyed my daughter's childhood to the fullest. With her I shared many moments of play, I taught her to take care of them, to organize them and to keep them so that they would last over time. I taught her that every toy we bought her had a cost and that is why she had to take good care of them.
En casa le acondicionamos un espacio, especialmente diseñado como área de juego para que ella se sintiera complacida y jugara sin que se le arruinara su espacio y momento de juego. En este lugar, pasaba horas jugando muy tranquila, me encantaba verla y me acercaba a jugar con ella porque disfrutaba mucho escuchando cada historia que inventaba con mucha imaginación, al momento de jugar con sus muñequitas.
Allí le organizamos juegos de todo tipo porque siempre procuramos que los juguetes tuvieran alguna finalidad educativa, que con ellos pudiera aprender algo. Así, ahí tenía sus muñecas, casitas, barbies, rompecabezas, juegos didácticos, entre muchos más.
At home we set up a space for her, specially designed as a play area for her to feel pleased and play without ruining her space and play time. In this place, she spent hours playing very quietly, I loved to see her and I came to play with her because I enjoyed listening to every story she invented with a lot of imagination, while playing with her dolls.
There we organized all kinds of games for her because we always tried to make sure that the toys had an educational purpose, that she could learn something with them. So, there she had her dolls, houses, barbies, puzzles, didactic games, among many others.
Otra cosa que disfrutábamos mucho junto con ella era la famosa Cajita feliz que ofrecía McDonald's con juguetes de colección. Creo que en todos los hogares venezolanos hay algún juguetico de los que traían, como sorpresa para los niños, estas cajitas.
Era nuestra costumbre cada vez que salía una promoción de juguetes coleccionables ir a McDonald's con la intención de complacer a los niños con la Cajita feliz. Nos citábamos, ahí, para compartir en familia, comer hamburguesas y comprarle la cajita a los más pequeños. Era una alegría para ellos abrirla y encontrarse el muñequito más difícil de aparecer.
Another thing that we enjoyed very much with her was the famous Happy Box that McDonald's offered with collectible toys. I think that in every Venezuelan home there is a toy that brought, as a surprise for the children, these little boxes.
It was our custom every time a promotion of collectible toys came out to go to McDonald's with the intention of pleasing the children with the Happy Box. We would meet there to share as a family, eat hamburgers and buy the box for the little ones. It was a joy for them to open it and find the most difficult doll to appear.
En las fotografías que comparto hoy con los fanáticos de los juguetes, pueden observar las diferentes colecciones que pudimos ir formando, a partir de estas cajitas de McDonald's.
Así se armaban pequeñas colecciones de juguetes alusivos, en su mayoría, a películas infantiles. Muchas veces, no llegábamos a completar la colección con todos los juguetes que la conformaban, pero a mi hija le hacía feliz tener al menos uno de esas cajitas.
In the pictures that I share today with the toy fans, you can see the different collections that we were able to form from these little McDonald's boxes.
In this way, small collections of toys alluding, mostly, to children's movies were put together. Many times, we did not get to complete the collection with all the toys that made it up, but my daughter was happy to have at least one of those little boxes.
En esta vemos algunos de los perritos de colección de la película La dama y el vagabundo. Reina es la más bella cocker spaniel de este tierno grupo canino.
In this one we see some of the collectible puppies from the movie Lady and the Tramp. Reina is the most beautiful cocker spaniel of this tender canine group.
Aquí podemos ver la colección del barco de Peter Pan, Regreso al País de Nunca Jamás. Esta colección tiene todos los personajes completos. El barco venía por partes, nosotros las pegamos con silicón caliente para que no se despegara y Sofi pudiera jugar sin que desarmara.
Here we can see the ship collection of Peter Pan, Back to Neverland. This collection has all the complete characters. The ship came in parts, we glued them together with hot silicone so that it would not come off and Sofi could play without taking it apart.
En esta tenemos algunos personajes de Monsters, Inc., entre ellos, Boo. Me encantaba esta muñequita con sus dos moñitos porque se me parecía a mi hija. Me parece, ya no recuerdo bien, que esta colección no la completamos, pero aún se conservan estos monstruos de la película.
In this one we have some Monsters, Inc. characters, including Boo. I loved this little doll with her two little bows because she looked like my daughter. I don't think, I don't remember correctly, that we didn't complete this collection, but we still have these monsters from the movie.
En esta fotografía, vemos el trencito de Winnie The Pooh y sus amiguitos. Cada vagón se enlaza uno al otro y se puede rodar. Este es uno de los que más le gusta a mi sobrinieto mayor. Ellos son los que están jugando ahora con estos juguetes.
In this picture, we see the little train of Winnie the Pooh and his friends. Each carriage is linked to each other and can be rolled. This is one of the ones that my oldest grandson likes the most. They are the ones playing with these toys right now.
En esta foto, varios peluchitos de diferentes colecciones. Unos venían para ser usados como llaveros y los otros que se ven, son de la colección de peluches de Winnie The Pooh. Recuerdo que en una Navidad, adorné un árbol pequeño con todos estos peluches para Sofía, aparte de nuestro árbol de Navidad tradicional. A ella le encantó la idea y a partir de entonces, teníamos dos arbolitos en casa.
In this photo, several stuffed animals from different collections. Some came to be used as key chains and the others you can see are from the Winnie the Pooh stuffed animals collection. I remember one Christmas, I decorated a small tree with all these stuffed animals for Sofia, in addition to our traditional Christmas tree. She loved the idea and from then on, we had two little trees at home.
Y, finalmente, algunos de los 101 Dálmatas de la colección que ofreció Mcdonald's junto a Cruela que no podía faltar.
And finally, some of the 101 Dalmatians from the collection offered by McDonald's with Cruela who could not be missed.
Me ha encantado compartir, en esta comunidad, estas colecciones de la Cajita feliz de Mcdonald's que por años he guardado y que hizo feliz a mi hija, a mis sobrinos y ahora a mis sobrinietos.
