Well, every business was affected during this pandemic. It became difficult to access some services fast because of social distancing and other measures put in place to reduce the infection rate. Banks were affected too.
In my city Aba, Abia state Nigeria, using the banking hall has been a nightmare. In some cases, only 4 or 5 persons are allowed to be inside the banking hall at any particular time. This has caused untold hardships as people spend hours or an entire day just to make deposits. Personally, I have avoided the banking hall since April. I use other channels like ATM or online banking. This has save my time. You can read the experience of my friend
