Hive account@sorin.cristescu brought Hive to the table and made the case for building on it.
As for Luxembourg, the Hive community there is still fairly small for now and mostly centered around the OffChain group itself. The restaurants we're onboarding are new to it entirely, which is kind of the point. We're not preaching to the choir, we're bringing in people who've never heard of Hive into the ecosystem.
