Yesterday, I made a post showing my schematic drawing for my latest 3d architectural visualization. In that post, I talked about the importance of conceptualizing the design with the aid of sketches. I think it is one of the essential tasks that an Architect should perform. It helps me translate my idea into visual presentations. Some designers would even say that the hands are the extension of our mind which I agree with as well. I feel that I can quickly visualize my idea as I sketch it on paper.
Earlier today I managed to complete the rendering of the first visual. From then on I immediately worked on the post-production using Lightroom. It was an exciting moment as I see my sketch getting alive through my 3d renderings. Here’s the final result:
I’m quite happy with the result of the render and although there are things that I wanted to improve, I think that it’s a good basepoint for the development of the design. The house turned out to be simple & contemporary. The air well that divides the house into two blocks made the house look less bulky.

When it comes to the material finishes, I made it simple and cover the whole facade with a brown stucco and the doors and windows are plain dark aluminum coating.
Before I end this post, let me show you the 3d scene overviews:
That’s about it. Until next time!
