Muerte es el nombre de un álbum del rapero venezolano Canserbero del año 2012, sin embargo, lo vine a escuchar propiamente en el 2020 y fue entonces cuando decidí ilustrar el sentimiento que me embargaba en ese momento escuchando las canciones. Muerte, violencia, deshumanización forman parte de las catorce canciones del álbum.
Muerte is the name of an album by Venezuelan rapper Canserbero from 2012, however, I came to listen to it properly in 2020 and it was then when I decided to illustrate the feeling I was feeling at that moment listening to the songs. Death, violence, dehumanization are part of the fourteen songs on the album.

Lo primero a realizar fue el guion de los bocetos. Como pueden ver en la imagen, la historia esta dividida en 45 cuadros que nos muestra el andar de un personaje comenzando y terminando en una cama.
The first thing to do was the script of the sketches. As you can see in the image, the story is divided into 45 frames that show us the walk of a character starting and ending in a bed.
La historia nos introduce en la mente del personaje donde podemos ver el caos que allí existe. Interpretado de alguna forma como esas ideas o palabras que se incrustan en nuestra memoria y nos hacen daño. Por esa razón, el ruido es representado con letras deformadas y líneas delgadas que denotan inestabilidad.
The story introduces us into the character's mind where we can see the chaos that exists there. Interpreted somehow as those ideas or words that are embedded in our memory and hurt us. For that reason, the noise is represented with deformed letters and thin lines that denote instability.
En mis trabajos suelo ser muy visceral, por lo que esta serie significó sacar mis frustraciones motivada por la música. Varias de las canciones de este álbum hablan de balas, por eso el personaje grita sacando todo eso que tiene dentro, pero que puede herirlo a el mismo.
In my work I tend to be very visceral, so this series meant to take out my frustrations motivated by music. Several of the songs on this album talk about bullets, that's why the character screams, bringing out all that he has inside, but that can hurt him.
Esta serie titulada Muerte (2021), esta compuesta por 35 dibujos finales realizados con tinta china sobre papel de acuarela, cada uno mide 7,6 x 7,6 centímetros. Aca les dejo el resultado final de la historia.
This series entitled Death (2021), is composed of 35 final drawings made with Chinese ink on watercolor paper, each measuring 7.6 x 7.6 centimeters. Here is the final result of the story.
