A big greeting to the entire community of "HIVE", I present this portrait made in graphite pencils, on sepia cardboard, "Princess Diana" a character who left a story, which marked the English Monarchy forever.
"Princess Diana"
Step 1 y 2
I make the sketch in Hb 2 graphite pencil, I start with the first layers of graphite pencil, when we make a half-profile face, we have to take into account the symmetry of the components, try to capture the components that stand out, the reflection of their look, defined lights and shadows, these details are important.
Step 3 - 4 y 5
I define the sectors that I am going to give a strong shading for this I use the graphite pencil b9, this makes certain important features that define the character stand out.
Step 5
I make the part of the hair with dark tones and leaving reflections of lights to give the effect of her wavy hair, I give a dark tone to the bottom to give more contrast, I add shadows that give the perspective of the reference photograph.
