Hola a todooos, espero que estén bien, hoy les traje un pequeño regalo de navidad, se trata de un dibujo de una hermosa chica navideña que hice con mucho amor para ustedes, espero que disfruten leyendo el paso a paso y que les guste este lindo dibujo❤️
This drawing cost me a little bit to start it, because in fact I was doing another drawing, and I don't like to start a new drawing without finishing another one, but at the same time I didn't want to finish the other drawing hahahahahahaha, I don't know if you understand me very well what I want to explain, but in fact I was in this dilemma, until I decided to start this drawing, something that makes me very happy because I enjoyed the process of creation and the final result.
I started looking for reference images of christmas girls and in that moment I remember that a kpop group released a new christmas song and uploaded to instagram the photos with the costumes, and after seeing the photos of all the members I fell in love with the photos of Seulgi, one of the members of Red Velvet so I decided to go for that one.
Este dibujo me costó un poco empezarlo, ya que en realidad yo estaba haciendo otro dibujo, y a mi no me gusta empezar un dibujo nuevo sin terminar otro, pero a la vez no quería terminar el otro dibujo jajajjajaja, no se si me entiendan muy bien lo que les quiero explicar, pero en realidad me encontraba en este dilema, hasta que me decidí en empezar este dibujo, algo que me alegra mucho ya que disfrute mucho el proceso de creación y el resultado final.
Empecé buscando imágenes de referencia de chicas navideñas y en eso recuerdo que un grupo de kpop sacó una nueva canción de navidad y subieron a instagram las fotos con los trajes, y después de ver las fotos de todas las integrantes me enamoré de las fotos Seulgi, una de las integrantes de Red Velvet así que por esa me decidí.

I took my creative liberties and took this image as an inspiration and not as a guide, I started making the sketch and tried to make the structure of the body as similar as possible and that it fit me well, I had some difficulties with the angles and also with the hands, but after erasing and drawing several times I finally liked them a little bit, not too much hahahahahahahahah.
me tomé mis libertades creativas y tomé esta imagen como inspiración y no como guía, empecé haciendo el boceto y tratado de hacer la estructura del cuerpo lo más parecido posible y que me quedara bien, tuve algunas dificultades con los ángulos y también con las manos, pero luego de borrar y dibujar varias veces finalmente me gustaron un poco, no demasiado jajajajaj.

Then it was time to outline, I almost always try to stick as much as possible to the sketch, but this time I feel that the face was modified a little when I outline with my marker, and sometimes those changes make me like the drawing more, however in this case I didn't like the face, and the main problem was the nose, according to me it had changed drastically, surely my past self would have left that drawing in oblivion, but I don't do that, I decided to finish it because surely with the coloring it changed a little.
Luego llegó la hora de delinear, casi siempre trato de apegarme lo más posible al boceto, pero esta vez siento que la cara se modificó un poco cuando delinee con mi marcador, y a veces esos cambios hacen que me guste más el dibujo, sin embargo en este caso la cara me dejó de gustar, y el principal problema fue la nariz, según yo había cambiado drásticamente, seguramente mi yo del pasado hubiera dejado ese dibujo en el olvido, pero yo no hago eso, decidí terminarlo porque seguramente con el coloreado cambiaba un poco.

If you have already read my blog and the processes of my drawings you will know that I like to start coloring the face, however this time I was really nervous about coloring the face, since I was not liking it, so I started coloring the hair in black, I wanted the drawing to be cold and that's why I decided to make the hair black with small blue highlights, this would give it a very nice Christmas touch, also to make the hair I used black pencil making small hairs to give more movement and texture to the drawing.
Si ya han leído mi blog y los procesos de mis dibujos sabrán que me gusta empezar coloreando la cara, sin embargo en esta ocasión estaba realmente nervioso por colorear la cara, ya que de por si no me estaba gustando, así que empecé coloreando el cabello de negro, quería que el dibujo fuera frío y por eso decidí hacerle el cabello negro con pequeñas iluminaciones azules, esto le iba a dar un toque navideño muy lindo, también para realizar el cabello utilicé lapicero negro haciendo pequeños pelos para darle más movimiento y textura al dibujo.

Then, as I didn't want to color the face, I continued with the costume which I didn't color with a normal red, but with a crimson red which is more towards purple, being this way a colder color that in my opinion was going to be much better for this drawing. Then with purple and black I made some shadows on the edges to be better with the environment, I applied the red very intense to highlight the red color that characterizes Christmas.
Luego, como no quería colorear a cara, seguí con el traje el cual no coloreé con un rojo normal, si no con un rojo carmesí que tira más hacia el purpura, siendo así un color más frío que en mi opinión iba a quedar mucho mejor para este dibujo. Luego con morado y negro le hice algunas sombras en los bordes para que quedara mejor con el ambiente, el rojo lo aplique muy intenso para que resaltara el color rojo que caracteriza la navidad.
And then came the most feared moment for me, the moment I was most afraid of, but that at some point I had to face hahahahahaha if I'm dramatic, I didn't know how to color that face to save the drawing, as I told you I wanted the drawing to be cold so I started applying a light pink color as a base and then I was doing shadows with peach color.
See, what I did to fix the face was the following, the first thing I did was to raise the tip of the nose, I only did this with colors, I tried to make the brightness as high as possible so the nose would look small and upturned, I colored the lips outside the border with the same color I used for the dress and finally I outlined the tip of the tear with marker which made the look much more sensual and one more trick hahahaha, taking advantage that the hair is black I covered with black the part of the jaw that I didn't like and so it was thinner face and I fell in love with this drawing again.
Y llegó el momento más temido por mi, el momento al que le tenía más miedo, pero que en algún momento tenía que enfrentar jajajajaja si soy dramático, yo no sabía como colorear esa cara para salvar el dibujo, como ya les comenté quería el dibujo fuera frío así que empecé aplicándole a su cara un color rosado claro como base y luego fui haciendo sombras con color peach.
Vean, lo que hice para arreglar la cara fue lo siguiente, lo primero que hice fue elevar la punta de la nariz, esto solo lo hice con colores, traté de hacer el brillo lo más arriba posible para que la nariz se viera pequeña y respingada, los labios los coloreé fuera del borde con el mismo color que usé para el vestido y por ultimo delineé la punta del lagrimal con marcador lo que hizo que la mirada se viera mucho más sensual y un truco más jajajaja, aprovechando que el cabello es negro tape con negro la parte que no me gustaba de la mandíbula y así quedó más delgada de cara y me volví a enamorar de este dibujo.

By the way I also took the risk of trying a new style in the eyes, which consists of coloring them all in black and leaving white space simulating the brightness, I didn't want to do it because my style of drawing is practically characterized by making the eyes very pretty and I felt that I was going to lose my charm, however I liked it a lot.
Then I had to do the background and the setting and in the photo I took reference from the girl has some lamps and windows in the background, however, as I said I only took the photo as inspiration and I wanted to make a Christmas tree in the background, so that's what I did, a green tree with red balls, yellow stars and snow. Then I made a light blue phono as the wall and pink for the floor.
Por cierto también me arriesgué a probar un estilo nuevo en los ojos, que consiste en colorearlos todos de negro y dejar espacio en blanco simulando el brillo, no lo quería hacer porque mi estilo de dibujo se caracteriza prácticamente por hacer los ojos muy lindos y sentía que iba a perder mi encanto, sin embargo me gustó mucho.
Luego me faltaba hacer la ambientación y el fondo y en la foto de la que tomé referencia la chica tiene de fondo unas lamparas y unas ventanas, sin embargo, como ya dije solo tomé la foto como inspiración y quise hacerle de fondo un arbolito navideño así que eso fue lo que hice, un arbolito verde con bolas rojas, estrellas amarillas y nieve. Después hice un fondo azul clarito como la pared y rosado para el suelo.

And finally, to finish with this drawing I added several details with paint, the most notable were with white paint, I made some white dots on the dress and I also made more snow on the tree. With gold paint I painted the bottom part where they are holding and I also painted the stars, which I regret a little because they look a little more opaque. I also added some little hairs outside her mane to make the drawing look more natural and dynamic.
Y por ultimo, para ya terminar con este dibujo añadí varios detalles con pintura, lo más notables fueron con pintura blanca, le hice algunos puntos blancos en el vestido y también hice más nieve en el arbolito. Con pintura dorada pinté la parte de abajo de donde ella se está apoyando y también pinté las estrellas, de lo cual me arrepiento un poco porque se ven un poco más opacas. También añadí algunos pelitos fuera de su melena para que se viera más natural y dinámico el dibujo.

Why do I say that I am giving this drawing as a gift?
