Good morning everyone!☀️Today I present to you a work that I already did a while ago, but it is one of my favorites. In an impressionist-abstract wave, with a very interesting realization, is this composition that I called Winter Flowers. I love winter, the breezes, temperature and especially the magic of frozen flowers, which motivated me to capture this imaginary, subtle and delicate moment.
¡Buen día a todos! Hoy les presento un trabajo que ya hice hace un tiempo, pero es uno de mis favoritos. En una onda impresionista-abstracta , con una realización muy interesante, está esta composición a la que llamé Flores de invierno. Amo el invierno, las brisas, temperatura y en especial la magia de las flores congeladas, lo que me motivó a captar este momento imaginario, sutil y delicado.
I remember that I took out my acrylics and brushes, without having a clear point of what textures to achieve, since I did not have spatulas, I did not stop and find a new solution for the problem, I took old cardboard and made cutouts, which served me like these, achieving incredible textures. I loved that method so much, that I still use it in almost all my paintings today.
Recuerdo que saqué mis acrílicos y pinceles, sin tener un punto claro de qué texturas lograr, dado a que no tenía espátulas, no me detuve y encontré una nueva solución para el problema, tomé cartulinas viejas e hice recortes, que me sirvieron como estas, logrando texturas increíbles. Tanto amé ese método, que actualmente lo sigo usando en casi todas mis pinturas.
I then did some brush touch-ups, mainly on the flowers, to add detail and sharpness.
Luego realicé algunos retoques a pincel, principalmente en las flores, para agregar detalle y nitidez.
And so our work was ☺️! \ ¡Y así quedó nuestro trabajo!
