I am looking for a cartoon style sketch artist to create a regular series of pieces for a comic strip and to be used for t-shirt/merchandise art. Please be advised that the work will have a heavy dose of snarky (sarcastic) humor and everything is fair game. If this conflicts with your beliefs please do not respond.
The characters will be woodland creatures and most of the settings will match. The key character is a brown bear and this image is very close to the look I want for him.
I can offer two options for compensation, purchase works outright or a royalty deal in which you retain ownership of original works and we get sole right for reproduction, distribution and sales. In the second you will also get a royalty in perpetuity for all sales that utilize your work. I think the second is more lucrative for you in the long run and it is easier for us to get started.
