Feels good

      Cuando haces algo que te hace sentir bien, se nota, siempre lleva impreso ese no sé qué, que hace la diferencia.

When you do something that makes you feel good, it shows, it always has that I don't know what printed on it, that makes the difference.

      Al hacer algo que te gusta, te sientes bien y definitivamente eso se refleja en el resultado de lo que sea que hayas hecho, aplica en todos los ámbitos.

When you do something you like, you feel good and that is definitely reflected in the result of whatever you have done, it applies in all areas.

      Así que no estaría mal que lográramos ubicar todo aquello que nos hace sentir bien y mantenerlo siempre a la mano, en nuestro entorno, excluyendo todo lo que cause el efecto contrario.

So it would not be bad if we could locate everything that makes us feel good and keep it always at hand, in our environment, excluding everything that causes the opposite effect.


      "Busca en ti aquello que te haga feliz" una frase que leí y aunque no recuerdo donde, ni sé quien es su autor, me parece muy acertada. A veces buscamos la felicidad en el lugar equivocado o en otros, cuando en realidad esta en nosotros mismos.

"Look for what makes you happy" is a phrase I read and although I don't remember where, nor do I know who its author is, it seems to me to be very accurate. Sometimes we look for happiness in the wrong place or in others, when in fact it is in ourselves..

      Yo creo que se trata de encontrar esos pequeños detalles que conforman nuestros gustos y que no hacen sentir realmente bien, y potenciarlos, sacarles provecho, disfrutarlos... ahí encontraremos la diferencia.
