He witnessed his friend Rika Orimoto being hit by a car, and as she lay dying, she gave him a ring. This ring would later grant him immense energy, allowing him to gain the abilities and powers to fight his enemies. With this ring, he can copy She possesses the abilities of others and can also summon her deceased friend, Rika Orimoto, known as the Queen of Evil.

For Yuta Okkotsu to obtain powers and abilities, he must give a part of the enemy's body to Rika Orimoto. Depending on the size of the body part, Rika Orimoto will grant Yuta Okkotsu a great deal of power.
