As I told you a few weeks ago, I'm learning how to paint in watercolour, and in general, learning how to draw. This time I wanted to draw one of the characters made by one of my favourite Youtubers, Catalina Novelli. I tried to make her as similar as possible. Since my idea is to learn how to make the facial features like her, because I really like the way she illustrates faces. They look beautiful on her.
I think that when we are learning it is easier to imitate, to find our own style later on.
Como les comenté hace unas semanas, estoy aprendiendo a pintar en acuarela, y en general, aprendiendo a dibujar. Esta vez quise dibujar uno de los personajes que hizo una de mis Youtubers favoritas, Catalina Novelli. Traté de hacerla lo más parecida posible. Ya que mi Idea es aprender a hacer los rasgos faciales como ella, ya que me gusta mucho como ilustra los rostros. Le quedan hermosos.
Creo que cuando estamos aprendiendo es más sencillo imitar, para más adelante encontrar nuestro propio estilo.
To colour this drawing I only used 4 watercolour colours: brown, mustard,black, red and green; and two wood colours to give the final details: purple and orange.
I'm trying to draw often. Practice makes perfect. And definitely, I think, to something true. I see how I get better with every drawing and painting I do.
Honestly, I feel very proud of this painting. It's the first time I've done something so beautiful ❤️🥺🙈
Para colorear este dibujo solo usé 4 colores en acuarela: marrón, mostaza, negro, rojo y verde; y dos colores de madera para dar los detalles finales: púrpura y anaranjado.
Estoy tratando de dibujar seguido. La práctica hace al maestro. Y definitivamente, creo que a algo cierto. Veo como mejoro con cada dibujo y pintura que hago.
Honestamente, me siento muy orgullosa de esta pintura. Es la primera vez que hago algo tan lindo ❤️🥺🙈
Oh, by the way, I named this pretty girl Feyre because that's the name of the main character of a book I'm reading🤭😸
Ah, por cierto, a esta chica tan linda la nombré Feyre porque así se llama la protagonista de un libro que estoy leyendo🤭😸
