Hi hivers, i'm having a break from watercolor and gouache paintings for the reason that i want to focus more on sketching and studying of lights and shadows. I think that when i started watercolor paintings I do not have enough knowledge between light and shadows that's why it became more difficult for me when painting.
Today I'm sharing my latest sketch of a woman. I'm still using grid lines for the accuracy of the portrait. Having a sketchbook where i can draw any thing that i want to draw at the moment is an essential for an artist, I'm glad i finally have one. Before i prefer the loose type of paper specially on watercolor paintings.
