Comencé esta ilustración con el habitual boceto, Al ser Yelan de elemento Hydro quise realizarla cerca del agua, con la piel bronceada, así que se me ocurrió hacerla en una playa con traje de baño como si estuviera de vacaciones je je je
I started this illustration with the usual sketch, Being Yelan of Hydro element I wanted to make it near the water, with tanned skin, so I thought of making it on a beach with a bathing suit as if I were on vacation hehehehehe.
Después de terminar el boceto comencé a pintar el personaje, siendo el rostro mi prioridad debido a que no me gustaba como estaba quedando y realice varias versiones hasta escoger la última, ya que se me hace mucho más parecida el personaje original.
Ya más satisfecho con el rostro decidí a trabajar en el resto del cuerpo, quería hacerla con músculos algo definidos, reflejando la fuerza y la buena condición física y agilidad del personaje.
After finishing the sketch I started to paint the character, being the face my priority because I didn't like how it was looking, and I made several versions until I chose the last one, because it looks much more similar to the original character.
Already more satisfied with the face I decided to work on the rest of the body, I wanted to make it with muscles somewhat defined, reflecting the strength and good physical condition and agility of the character.
Luego pase a hacer el fondo con una serie de degradados para hacer la playa con la vista del cielo y el mar al fondo, dejando así por un momento para seguir con el personaje y terminar con el bikini, y luego regresar con el fondo donde use varios pinceles y una imagen para darle las luces del agua con ayuda del modo de capa sobreexponer color. Y casi terminando solo quedaban los lentes que deje de último porque se me había olvidado, ya con toda la base lista, agregue los efectos de luces, agregue la capa de ruido habitual y ajuste un poco los brillos y sombras y con esto termine esta ilustración.

Then I went on to make the background with a series of gradients to make the beach with the view of the sky and the sea in the background, leaving it for a moment to continue with the character and finish with the bikini, and then return to the background where I used several brushes and an image to give the lights of the water with the help of the layer mode overexpose color. And almost finishing only the lenses that I left last because I had forgotten, and with all the base ready, add the light effects, add the usual noise layer and adjust a little the shines and shadows and with this I finished this illustration.
