Hola querida comunidad de #Sketchbook, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir esta pequeña práctica de sombras realizadas con técnica de tatuaje sobre piel sintética.
Para los que no me conocen: Hola soy Oscari, soy aprendiz de tatuaje, trabajo en este arte desde hace casi dos años.
Este es un proceso de elaboración de un perrito globo en sombras, esta técnica se llama “Dot Shading” (Puntillismo de arrastre)
¿En qué consiste esta técnica?
Consiste en tatuajes "blackandgrey" realizados con una aguja de una sola línea, comúnmente la 3rl, para todo el proceso, delineando y sombreando.

Hi dear #Sketchbook community, in this opportunity I want to share this small practice of shadows made with tattoo technique on synthetic leather.
For those who don't know me: Hi I'm Oscari, I'm a tattoo apprentice, I've been working in this art for almost two years.
This is a process of elaboration of a little balloon dog in shadows, this technique is called “Dot Shading”.
What does this technique consist of?
It consists of "blackandgrey" tattoos made using a single line needle, commonly the 3rl, for the whole process, outlining and shading.

Then I put on my gloves to work, put some stencil gel on the synthetic skin to stick what would be the stencil ....
La plantilla se suele hacer con una impresión del diseño del tatuaje y se puede marcar manualmente (repasando con un lápiz) en una hoja de papel hectográfico, o también con una impresora profesional, que imprime el diseño listo para colocarlo en la piel.
The stencil is usually made with a print of the tattoo design and can be marked manually (by going over it with a pencil) on a sheet of hectographic paper, or also with a professional printer, which prints the design ready to be placed on the skin.
... Coloqué mi plantilla sobre la piel sintética y esperé a que se secara un poco para que la tinta hectográfica no se corriera.
Procedí a montar mi máquina, es decir, a colocar el cartucho (aguja) con el que iba a trabajar, y a servir la tinta en los cups. En uno de ellos puse la tinta a lo que sería el negro puro, y en el otro serví el 50% con tinta pura y el otro 50% puse lo que sería el mixer para diluir, con lo que conseguí tener un tono medio de negro. (Las escalas de grises en el tatuaje se trabajan de esta manera).
...I placed my stencil on the synthetic leather and waited for the stencil to dry a little so that the hectographic ink would not run.
I proceeded to assemble my machine, that is to say, to place the cartridge (needle) with which I was going to work, and to serve the ink in the cups. In one of them I put the ink to what would be the pure black, and in the other I served 50% of it with pure ink and the other 50% I put what would be the mixer to dilute, so I got to have a medium tone of black. (The gray scales in the tattoo are worked in this way).
Para iniciar a tatuar normalmente se trabaja de derecha a izquierda y de abajo hacia arriba, de esta forma se evita borrar la plantilla con los guantes, la vitamina (algunos usan vaselina) o al limpiar el tatuaje.
Para este tipo de sombras uso la fuente con un voltaje de 0,55, para que la aguja rebote en la piel y se mantenga la técnica del punteado.
To start tattooing normally work from right to left and from bottom to top, this way you avoid erasing the stencil with gloves, vitamin (some use Vaseline) or when cleaning the tattoo.
For this type of shadows I use the source with a voltage of 0.55, so that the needle bounces on the skin and the stippling technique is maintained.
Empecé con lo que es el negro puro, para trabajar las sombras en el tatuaje se realiza la técnica del péndulo, que consiste en mover la mano ligeramente de un lado a otro, como si se moviera un péndulo...

Trabajar en piel sintética es a veces un poco complicado porque a veces es tedioso inyectar la tinta y tiende a ensuciarse demasiado.
Working on synthetic leather is sometimes a bit tricky because it is sometimes tedious to inject the ink and it tends to get too dirty.
...De esta manera iba aplicando las sombras oscuras y cuando decidía cambiar de tono lavaba un poco la aguja en agua y cogía el tono medio para las sombras claras, utilizando esto de la misma manera, y siempre guiándome por lo que era mi plantilla. No hice líneas porque en esta práctica solo quería hacer las sombras, así que en el borde del diseño hice unas pequeñas líneas sombreadas. Lo que quiero decir es que no era un trazo firme, sino que formaba la línea a través de pequeñas sombras.
...In this way I was applying the dark shadows and when I decided to change the tone I washed the needle a little in water and grabbed the medium tone for the light shadows, using this in the same way, and always guided by what was my template. I didn't make lines because in this practice I only wanted to make the shadows, so at the edge of the design I made some small shaded lines. What I mean is that it was not a firm stroke, but I was forming the line through small shadows.

Así es como quedó el resultado final, para limpiar bien, tuve que poner mucha vitamina y alcohol jejeje, me faltaron detalles, pero fue una pequeña práctica rápida...
