Hace varios días te conté que hice una lista de retos semanales con mis compañeros acuarelistas, en esta lista hay habilidades de algunos de mis compañeros y ese día tendrían que dar una clase de esa habilidad. Por ejemplo a mi me corresponde darles una clase de figura humana, mis compañeros dicen que ese es mi fuerte, así que ese día les explicaré cual es el proceso que yo sigo para hacer una ilustración que tiene figura humana.
Sin embargo el día de hoy les hablaré sobre la clase del jueves, mi compañero Julio nos explicó cómo realiza las proporciones basandose en una fotografía con el uso de la cuadrícula

Para la cuadricula aplicamos un poco de matemáticas.
tomamos las medidas de nuestra referencia, largo y ancho
y medimos en nuestra hoja el ancho disponible que usaremos,
multiplicamos ese numero con el largo de la referencia y lo dividimos con el ancho de la referencia, ese número nos dará el largo que necesitaremos en nuestra hoja y finalmente se dividen en la misma cantidad de cuadritos.
For the grid we apply a little mathematics.
we take the measurements of our reference, length and width
and we measure on our sheet the available width that we will use,
We multiply that number with the length of the reference and divide it with the width of the reference, that number will give us the length that we will need on our sheet and finally they are divided into the same number of squares.
Después lo que yo hice fue marcar un contorno, pasando la línea por aproximadamente el mismo cuadro que en mi referencia

le agregué con digital el color de fondo, me gustó el resultado así que haré lo mismo en el papel con acrílico, pero tendré que comprar jeje
