Hello hivers, an happy Monday to you all! Another working week is just started and I hope you spent a nice weekend! ❤️
Here the weather is good enough to spend my pause from work enjoying the fresh air in my backyard. Later in the afternoon I have to teach art to the kids and I'm ready to talk to them about the painter Magritte working with them on something inspired by his style.
This morning, as usual, I woke up soon to work with my brushes and colors during the first hours of the day and, this time, I started my day painting a couple of new sheep.
I just finished to paint them so I can show you the final result:
You know I love to paint freaky sheep whith the black face and the body in different shades of colors. This time I wanted to try to paint them in a different way from my usual, just to understand if they can "work" on my paintings.
They are both oil colors paintings on 200 gsm paper in A6 size (the size of a common postla card) and, like I use to do when I share a new piece with you, I took some pics while I was painting one of them so you can see the process too:
Soon I'll add this new artwork to my Etsy shop (link at the bottom), hoping it will find a new home!
I hope you like it!
See ya soon and stay safe,
Silvia
