Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all!
Today here it's raining and, strange but true, we can see the snow on the hills around the city even if we are in the springtime. It's cold and it's not so common a similar weather during this time of the years, but I remember it happened the same some years ago.
My plum tree is full of little plum fruits now and I cross my fingers this kind of weather will be not a problem for them.
Waiting the warm days (my old bones now are really need the warm sun), I work on my paintings as usual.
Today I'm here to show you a piece I painted yesterday, thinking about the cloudy days:
This is an artwork of the series about "special" hair style in form of clouds with tiny scenes about home and a dress full of tiny human figures.
It's an oil colors painting on around 300 gsm paper in around 50 cm x 39 cm (19,6" x 15,3") size and, like I use to do when I share a new painting of mine with you, I took some pics while I was painting this one so you can see the steps of the work in progress:
