Hello hivers, an happy Monday to you all!
Another very hot day here, the Sun is shining on the sky in a strong way, but I can work inside my lab room close to the fan, so it's not so bad. _
Yesterday I shared with you a sketch I drew to fix an idea I had in my mind about a woman with a large paper boat on her head and, this morning, I worked on a painting on paper inspired by that drawing.
You can see the final result of my new painting (sure, in my own illustrative style) in the following pics:
As you can see, the main subject is one of my usual women with light blue hair and a large paper boat (with some delicate leaves) on the head and a red lace collar around her neck.
Like the most part of my artwork, this is a mixed media (acrylic colors, oil colors and white ink) painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do for you, I took some pics while I was painted this poetic image so you can see some steps of the process too:
