The cat and the house (oil on paper)

Hello hivers, an happy Thursday to you all!
Today here is a very windy day, maybe the clouds run away from here and soon the Sun will shine in the next days. 😊
The Easter Day is just around the corner, but this morning we had a problem with our car and I'm not sure our mechanic could give back our car to us before the weekend, so maybe we will spend the Easter Day at home. It's no a good news, but when you have an old car it could happen and you can just wait. ❤️

Yesterday, in the afternoon, while my hubby Hive account@paolobeneforti was teaching to the students of his art class, I started a new artwork. This morning I finished to paint that oil on paper and so now I can show you the final result:

As you can see, the main subject is a grey cat with a tiny scene about home on the head. This time I decided to paint the cat in a more real version instead of my usual style to see how it could work on a painting. I have to say I like the final result! ❤️
It's an oil colors painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and, like I use to do when I show you a new artwork, I took some pics while I was painting it so you can see the process too:
